Tuckombil House

Set on acreage in the Northern Rivers hinterland, Tuckombil House overlooks the beautiful Lennox Head coastline, bringing together modern country living and a relaxed rural lifestyle.

Designed for a growing family wishing to remain on their beloved property, the home forms part of a dual-occupancy arrangement, allowing the family to retain their existing residence while creating a new family home in a carefully selected position on the land.

The design embraces the needs of a busy family, with generous living spaces, high ceilings and distinct living and bedroom zones that provide both connection and privacy as the family grows. At the heart of the home, the kitchen and living area form a light-filled gathering space, where expansive openings frame the surrounding landscape and coastal views, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.

Beyond the living spaces, a sunken swimming pool nestles into the natural contours of the landscape, complementing the rural surrounds and offering a place for relaxation and family gatherings.

Tuckombil House captures the essence of modern country living, combining a contemporary farmhouse aesthetic with thoughtful planning, a strong connection to the landscape and a home designed to grow with the family.

It was a pleasure working with this family to bring their vision to life and create a home where they can make lasting memories and enjoy the property for many years to come.
