Lea´ Moore

Founder & Director, Moore Architecture

Lea´ Moore is the founder and creative force behind Moore Architecture, with over 20 years of experience spanning architectural design and hands-on construction. She holds a Master of Architecture from UNSW, a Bachelor of Built Environment in Architectural Studies from QUT, and a Diploma in Business Marketing.

Raised in Byron Bay, Lea’ is a true local Architect with extensive knowledge of local councils, such as Ballina, Byron Bay, Richmond Valley, Tweed and Gold Coast Council. Lea´ has also lived and worked across Sydney, London, and the United States, enriching her approach with global insight and a strong appreciation for the relationship between people, culture, and place. Her background includes roles with structural engineers, developers, and respected firms such as Design King Company and Amy Degenhart Architects.

Lea´ is recognised for translating complex briefs into refined, practical designs. Her work blends creativity with clarity, aligning client vision, budget, and function to produce elegant, livable spaces. She believes great architecture starts with strong collaboration and thoughtful planning.

Registered in both NSW and QLD, Lea´ leads projects across rural and urban landscapes, consistently delivering architecture that endures—beautiful, functional, and deeply connected to place.
